Overview
Provide professional front-desk coverage from your home office. You will follow client scripts, escalate by their rules, and keep CRM records current after every touchpoint.
What you will do
- Answer and route inbound calls during assigned coverage windows
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Document calls and outcomes in the client CRM
- Flag urgent issues per escalation policy
Requirements
- Fluent English; clear phone voice
- Reliable broadband, headset, and quiet workspace
- Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Prior receptionist or dispatch experience preferred
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. US Eastern (flex within client block). Part-time or full-time scope discussed at interview.
